Murrysville Cycling Classic

So at try number 5 at this race i finally got a decent result, the field was stacked (navigatiors, ofoto, snow valley, colavita, mathis, ect.) on lap 2 of 6 i almost got dropped, felt better and got in a good move with 2 laps to go, got caught and countered.....todd herriot bridged up to me and we were gone for a while, until some others bridged up, in the end it came down to me and 3 others going for 8th place, in the group was mark walters and our U23 national champ, i could get into my 12 for the sprint and thus got 4th out of 4, for 11th place, which im pretty happy with.

Well it was a good day. gamm finished in the lead group and I finished. I'm satisfied with that! But I think its time for a change of pace.....I plan on doing the local Xenia oh crit and the Mid oh crit, I've had enough of these pro 1,2 races for a while and want to stay close to home.
p.s. I found the race to be very challenging and fast and hard and fast and it got even harder the last lap...anyways later Savagehill readers
